This yoga class is designed to reinvigorate our sense of curiosity, compassion, and connection to ourselves and our world. Classes will begin with controlled breathing and a short meditation to regulate the nervous system and promote grounding. Postures are sequenced to provide full-body healing by focusing on strength, balance, flexibility, and alignment. Singing, chanting, Thai yoga massage, partner yoga, essential oils, arm balances, and yogic lifestyle will also be incorporated throughout our sessions. The essence of this class lies in the idea that yoga provides us with lasting tools to care for our body, mind, and spirit. The goal is to expand our mental body by tapping into our inner, true self while also nourishing our physical body through powerful and challenging asanas. Options will be available for all levels.
