Hatha yoga combines awareness of the breath, with mindful movements into the postures and finding safe, correct alignment there while holding the asanas (poses). In addition to the physical practice, the other limbs of yoga will be discussed, and applied throughout the classes, exploring the history of yoga, meditation and more. Suitable for all levels.
Class Time: Wednesdays 9:30am – 10:30am

5 Technical Skills Students Will Learn: Mindfulness techniques, breath work, body awareness, knowledge of safely practicing yoga and proper yoga postures
