Kristin Blankenship is a mixed-media artist, wife, and mom to two young teenage children with varying levels of special needs. When her oldest child was diagnosed with autism at 2 ½ years old, Kristin quickly found herself in a long season of “survival,” until her youngest child started Kindergarten. It is at this point that Kristin felt a great calling to create mixed-media art, only she had no idea where to start. After working with a creative life coach, she discovered her authentic voice through creating and began a deep process of healing. In this seminar, Kristin will share the story of her early years as a special needs mom and how she sees the art process as a metaphor for living a rich, joyful life.
This is a FREE event for the community, but donations are appreciated. Please register for the seminar below to reserve your spot.
