Vinyasa yoga consists of moving through various yoga sequences linking breath and movement. This class comprises mindfully flowing through Sun salutations, balance work, floor poses, and standing postures. Play around with arm balances, deep twists, backbends, and inversions. This class works all of the major joints and muscles of the body resulting in increased endurance, strength, and flexibility. Come out of class with a full workout as well as tranquility.

5 Technical Skills Students Will Learn: Arm balances, breathing techniques, deep stretching, meditation, inversions
