Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes the connection of yoga postures to your own breath. The class will flow through a dynamic sequence of postures, building both strength and flexibility, and exploring the balance between them. Modifications and variations will be given to accommodate every practitioner, at every level of experience. Ultimately, we will work towards a place where we can observe ourselves clearly, refresh our vital energy, and find a bit of peace.
Class Time: Wednesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

5 Technical Skills Students Will Learn: Strength building exercises, restore/recover exercises, breathing techniques, mindfulness tools, heightened awareness
