This Zumba class is designed to wake up your senses and get your body moving! This total fun workout combines all elements of fitness while having fun and listening to energizing music. We combine cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you have a class. The essence of this class lies in the idea that Zumba provides us with lasting tools to care for our body, mind, and spirit. Open to all levels.

5 Technical Skills Students Will Learn: Balance, flexibility, muscle conditioning, alignment, physical conditioning.
