Erin Mahone is a storyteller, author, mental health advocate, and producer. Her first book If You Could See Me: Life, Motherhood, and the Pursuit of Sanity was released in January 2018 (Motivational Press). Erin is the founder of #IfYouCouldSeeMe: Stories for Change a multi-media project designed to open dialogue and eliminate stigma around mental health. Erin is the creator of the one-woman show It Runs in the Family, a collection of songs and stories about her hilarious, warm, dysfunctional family and their shared experiences with mental health conditions. Through her workshop series, ReStory, Erin teaches people to tell their stories, as she learned to, in a way that makes them feel good about who they are and all they’ve overcome. She believes that our stories have the power to end stigma and create a more just world. She is a recent TEDx presenter.
