Jennifer has found that no client is the same and believes the importance of providing unique and individualized treatment goal.
Jennifer has been trained in Play Therapy, Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. She enjoys the dynamics of group therapy and psycho-educational groups.
She is excited about providing more groups to support other special needs, such as Eating Disorders, Parents with children with autism/spectrum, Veterans, Anxiety, and Depression. There will also be many psycho-educational groups to teach mindfulness and wellbeing.
