Nicole Agee Brinser is a visual artist and educator living and working near Richmond, VA. Her work ranges from painting in oil, acrylic, and watercolor, to printmaking, collage, jewelry, and clay. At the RVA Creative Wellness Center, she will be teaching classes that combine all of her loves. Most days, she can be found teaching art to students as young as four and as old as 13 at St. Edward-Epiphany School. She has painted at Nimrod Hall off and on in the summers over the last 18 years and taught art in Henrico County Public Schools. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College (now University), in Charlotte, NC and a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Art Education, from Virginia Commonwealth University. She believes there is an artist and creator in every person, some just need a bit of courage to take that first step.
